Meet Colton Wade, FMX rider...
I’m just a small town guy who caught a lucky break. Now I’m living the dream, on the brink of high-flying super-stardom. But something’s missing.
That something is Taylor.
She’s my best friend. The one who makes me want to push harder and higher. The one I fall back on when s**t gets tough. The one I’d give it all up for.
I’d do anything to protect her. To make her dreams come true too.
But a single night changes everything.
And now the one she needs protection from...is me.

I rated it a 4 but it's more like a 4.5.
I like when stories alternate POVs, I like to know what everyone is thinking and feeling. Lets be honest most women I know would love to have a best friend that they eventually fall for, but only after really being friends and knowing everything about one another. I think the two of them are good for each other, they are alike in a lot of ways but they also bring uniqueness to the table that a successful couple needs. I wanted to slap Colton upside the head quite a few times, and once I actually had to throw my hand over my mouth and tell him he was stupid. And that cliffhanger!! I had the idea floating in my head for probably half the book, I didn't think it would actually happen this book but apparently I was wrong!! It was slightly refreshing to not have a happy little bow on the story knowing there is going to be another book. I hate going into a sequel off a happy ending, too much heartache for a couple I'm already invested in. I'm glad the next book is slotted to come out in May 2016. I wouldn't have been able to wait much longer than that!
One of the best books I've read in a very very very long time!! Yay!! Can't wait for the next one! Can you say cliff hanger much!!??
I was gifted this book for an honest review. I never read this author before. I'm glad I did now. Molly is a wonderful writer. Her words flow effortlessly. I read this is one day I was so intrigued with the story. It's about a FMX motor cross racer, Colton, and his long-time best friend Taylor. They are as close as two people can be who don't get to see each other often. They talk and text everyday. On a visit home, Colton wins a bet that Taylor has to come out to Vegas to watch him in one of his circuit rides. Things are going really good between them until things go too far. Colton has a modeling contract that wants him to pretend to date an ex of his and this situation comes between him and his best friend. They both realize they want each other, but that may not be enough. The ending was killer good! Come on book 2!
