Change Habits
I learned so much about combining my foods correctly it will change my habits in the right direction. Before I read this book my idea of food combining was learned from fast food and restaurant menus. Now I understand how to correctly combine my proteins without starchy foods. But when eating food that contain starch just add a plate of your favorite leafy greens to balance out the meal.
