Deciding a vacation from princely duties is due, Graydon stays in Nantucket to get to know Toby platonically, since they both know he's slated for a political marriage at home. Toby vows to keep her heart free, but circumstances and feelings change when they realize their souls may be linked now and in generations past. This story of commoner and king would be as entertaining without the paranormal elements, but the soul mate twist adds a bit of depth.
