Forest Fires

Forest Fires highlights the extreme danger that many areas in Northern Mexico face after several years of drought. The ebook examines two specific cases of forest fires that occurred near Monterrey, Nuevo Leon-Mexico's third largest metropolitan city-and how these fires could have been prevented.

This ebook was created by Instituto San Roberto's students under the direction of Mr. Nelson Taylor (English Teacher) and Mr. Arturo Dares (Technology Integration Teacher) for a 9th grade English project on research information and digital media.
