Abrupt, confusing ending.
I loved the story and the characters, but before the conflict could begin, there was an quick, confusing ending. I’m very disappointed, and won’t be reading anything else by this author. Don’t waste your time.
Hard to follow...
I liked the characters quite well but nothing seemed to ever develop and it was hard to follow. Establishing a time line with the characters would help with the overall flow of the book. I felt like I kept reading the faux wedding scene for 4 chapters and it never really resolved other than nothing happened. More attention to detail and less verbiage with nonessential details.
