Forward, Together

While many only know Syracuse, N.Y. as a college town where basketball reigns, the city is full of diversity and richness. Approximately 12,000 refugees are currently living in Syracuse with 800 more individuals arriving each year. "Forward, Together" uses photographs to tell the story of refugees who have bonded with others to create communities that promote education and togetherness to reach a better future in Syracuse, N.Y.
