Sparkling chemistry leaps off the page
Four and a half stars
Four Weeks to Forever by Karen Booth is part of the Texas Cattleman’s Club: The Wedding multi author continuity series from Harlequin Desire.
Chef Colin Reynolds and florist Corynna Lawson don’t get off on the best footing but are forced to play nice as they work together on the social event of the decade, a celebrity wedding that can make or break Corynna’s business and cement their reputations in the tight knit Royal community.
Karen Booth writes the almost snooty Colin and the self-contained Corynna beautifully, and their unexpected one night spins into more…. As does their professional collaboration. Their sparkling chemistry leaps off the page, and their work and personal lives flourish with their growing relationship. Ms Booth’s writing is warmly enjoyable, and this is a great standalone in this series.
