He is best known as the assassin of Massachusetts Mafia boss Angelo "Big Al" Bruno. Bruno, of Agawam, MA, was tried for attempted murder in 1981. By 1993 he had become the #2 mobster in western Massachusetts. The fatal hit of Big Al occurred on November 23, 2003. His killer had stalked him and eventually caught up to him exiting a club the hoodlum frequented.
