In the early 90s, Andrew Yoder's book "Pirate Radio Stations: Tuning in to Underground Broadcasts" informed Andrew Bushard
that since the FCC regulates and licenses broadcast television and commercial radio, the FCC violates the First Amendment.
Armed with this insight, Andrew has since devoted himself to advancing the First Amendment, particularly through his organization Free Press Media.
