The Freedom Seekers had gone from a nuisance to a threat, the infernals decided, so they devised a plan. Three demons Guilt, Lust and Doubt were dispatched to bedevil Simon Ben Jonas, the destined future leader of the be-haloed ones as they were known in hell. Throughout his life, Peter fought these demons and in the end won.

He was reborn as England’s Henry the Eighth. Everything about him was on a grand scale: his physical size, his voice, his personality, his passions, his prowess in sports, dance and music and above all, his statesmanship. He took a second rate nation and made her great. Unfortunately while he was accomplishing this, he again fell victim to the wiles of Guilt, Lust and Doubt. And his lapses cost him dearly.

Once more he incarnated into England as Sidney Herbert. Born to wealth and privilege he persistently used his opportunities for the betterment of the common man by diminishing the atrocities imposed by the upperclass. His greatest achievement was partnering with Florence Nightengale reforming the army and navy thereby saving millions of lives when World War I and II arrived. During his lifetime, in spite of interference of the demons that plagued him, he persisted in the face of famine, war and defeat.
