Fresh Food, Fresh Ingredients, contains recipes focusing on real, unprocessed food. The recipes are simple with an emphasis on bringing out the flavors and nutrition of the everyday, fresh ingredients. The food is influenced from the Southwest to the Northeast and across the pond from family recipes reinvented and culinary experiences abroad.
In this Multi-Touch edition, food and food culture photographer Don Crossland presents each recipe with beautiful imagery and a back-story of how each dish came into being. The recipes run the gamut of salads & starters, soups, entrées and even a couple of drinks and dessert, perfect for impressing family and friends.
Great recipes, better pictures
Quite proud of Don Crossland for creating this book. I've been his friend for years, and have always, always enjoyed his cooking. Great to finally have my own version of his recipes.
And they're easy enough for me to make them, thankfully.
