Found dead, shot with a handgun, National Hockey League hopeful, Devon Chase. Devon, after his father, was the next in his Prince Albert, Saskatchewan family, to play in the big league.
They arrested Cindy Johnsen, the gun owner, within hours of Devon's discovery. Cindy attended the school of nursing and was a contender for the Olympic Biathlon competition. Cindy had become a professional shooter in her teens as her father tried to channel his troubled daughter's energy constructively by taking her to the shooting range with him.
Hours after Cindy's arrest and a day after Devon died, Noah Dorion, a young Aboriginal man, artist and carpenter, disappeared.
