Must read for founders and people managers!!

Starting a company is hard. Validation the idea is hard. Getting initial traction is hard. Hiring and managing people is hard. Transitioning from founder to CEO is hard. It’s so critical to have mentors and advisors to help guide you through the process. Alisa Cohen lays out the framework for each phase of the startup and tactical tips to get things done. I cannot recommend this book enough!!
