From the Hill Side

I, Gerard Stephen Slaughter was bornin Laurel MS on February 26 1959 toJohn Wesley Slaughter and Marion BrewerSlaughter. After several moves my familyand I settled in San Antonio, Texas in1965. I was not an outstanding student, butparticipated in several activities, as a youth.And as an older teenager, I choose to use myabilities in construction trades. And, havingbeen sporadically writing and drawing, andattending art school for several years, I found myself in a positionto write this book. In conclusion, I find myself writing almost everyday and enjoying it very much.
