Frontier Stars: Fatal Signal

Captain Valerius Ortanus is nursing a fresh wound from a job gone sour, on the edge of civilized space, when disaster threatens the ship and the life of all the crew. the pilot seems to be the one to blame. Ancient places hold long-dead secrets, but the present is no less influenced by that past.
Captain Valerius has to look his past in the eyes and pull a solution out of the chaos or have all the galaxy die, by his inaction or hesitation.
