You are. How? Why? It’s 4242 by the Martian calendar. Mankind has finally figured it all out. Every problem is solved, every need met, and every desire satisfied. Utopia is achieved. However the cost is outrageous; it costs purpose itself.
In that day, mankind’s only remaining mysteries lurk beyond death’s door, a destination now attainable by manmade technology. After a massive human exodus from this reality, few souls are left to grapple with the question: what happened to human race?
This is a story about humanity’s heirs, two space travelers who outlive their fellowman while lost in cryogenic sleep. In their struggles to survive, they get help from the most unlikely heroines, an artificially intelligent sex doll and a Martian goddess.
