Apostle Randy L. Beale Sr. was born and reared in Newsom VA. He is the son of the late Roy J. Beale and Mary J. Beale. He married Barbara J. Smith on October 1, 1984. Through this union God has blessed them with two daughters, Terrica (Abram), and Tamara, one son Randy Jr. (Shannon), four grandchildren: Dazja, KeKe, Lil John and Uniyah, and a host of nephews , nieces and spiritual children. Apostle Beale received his education in Southampton County Public School Systems; Roanoke Chowan Community College majoring in Human Services; also further his education at Norfolk Theological Seminary and College, B.A. in Christian Counseling, Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry all with Suma Cum Luade. December 7, 1997, he received Jesus as Lord and Savior under the leadership of the Honorable Overseer Arthur Clark. In June 2001 Apostle birthed New Jerusalem Church of God. Ordained and installed as Pastor in 2001; 2006 consecrated as Bishop; and 2011 consecrated as Apostle. God spoke to Apostle 2009 about birthing a body. It was confirmed by Apostle Beale’s spiritual father and Bishop the Late Honorable Bishop Lloyd Claude. Apostle Beale birthed the body of New Beginning International Fellowship Ministry 2011.
