1 This is an appeal from an order of the District Court of Tulsa County sustaining motions of the appellees, (defendants), for summary judgment. The appellant, (plaintiff), as a supplier under a subcontractor, sued the defendants, W.R.G. Construction Company, prime contractor; Aetna Casualty and Surety Company; and the City of Tulsa; along with defendant, Offutt Construction Company, the subcontractor.
