Gary Davis Hart Ii v. State

We remanded this case to the Circuit Court of Jefferson County so that that court could hold a Batson hearing and make findings as to whether the reasons given by the prosecution for striking the black prospective jurors were race-neutral. The trial court has complied with our directions and has filed its findings with this court.
