Great book about Bariatric recovery!!!

I was pretty surprised how good and helpful this random book was. The first 1/3 of the book is a guide to prepare for bariatric surgery followed by what recovery will look like as well as helpful FAQ and things like that. Definitely cleared up a number of things for me.

Then the final 2/3 is a good book and I have no complaints. It’s all laid out to align with your prep and recovery from surgery. It’s detailed and i’m simply very happy with my purchase :)
