The blanket was padded, too, but Loru could feel the texture of the tree bark under it.

“We don't want to make a mess of these nice clothes.” Therin said.

“Just something to wear in the wilderness.”

“They still look nice on you. I don’t want to see them messy, Lorrie.”

“Understood.” Loru said.

Therin gave a wry little smile in response and dragged his fingertips over Loru's torso. Down across chest and abdomen, moving with feather-light touches over the contours of Loru's chest, his muscles and ribs, and down over the flare of his pelvis. Therin's hands stopped just shy of grasping that shaft, and rest on either side of it, less than an inch away. So close that the excitement made Loru twitch, and as he twitched, he spilled a little of his pre onto himself, hot against his bare skin.
