Geiger v. Sherrodd

Plaintiff Joseph J. Geiger filed this action in the District Court for the Thirteenth Judicial District in Yellowstone County, Montana, to recover damages for injuries sustained in a collision with defendants. The jury returned a verdict for defendants and the District Court denied plaintiffs motion for a new trial. Plaintiff appeals from the denial of his motion for a new trial. We affirm the order of the District Court.
