Gemma Galgani

Gemma Galgani who gave her entire short life for the salvation of humanity was the first canonised saint that lived in the 20th century. This new and official biography may seem supernatural and mystical but all of the events really happened and as fantastic as they may appear were recorded by witnesses at the time. I was allowed very personal access to Saint Gemma's house, belongings and writings and anyone entering her world in the beautifully located historical walled city of Lucca in Italy's Tuscany with its terracotta rooftops and jasmine infused air will hopefully be inspired to find some peace and calm in their lives.
