Gems

This is a group of fifteen competition-winning short stories written in English by French native-language first-year students at the Grande Ecole, Essec, in Cergy, France. This competition is run by the English Language Department, part of the Centre de ressources linguistiques - CRL.

In this volume you can read the fifteen prize-winning stories from the last five years 2009-2013. The stories feature in the table of contents in their prize-winning order: first, second and third.
