Appellant was injured when a small piece of his nose was torn off in an accident. He was taken to the emergency room of The Woodlands Community Hospital, where he was treated by Dr. John Wah, an agent of Gulf Coast Emergency Physicians Association. Dr. Wah consulted with Dr. Michael Chaney, a plastic surgeon, regarding treatment of the cavity created by the detachment of skin from appellants nose.
