Gerald Hatcher v. State Indiana

Defendant (Appellant) was charged by Information in three counts of Robbery. Ind. Code § 34-42-5-1 (Burns 1979). Count I was for Armed Robbery resulting in bodily injury to the victim, a Class A Felony. Counts II and III were for armed robberies, Class B Felony. The robberies occurred at a clothing store in the late afternoon of November 12, 1977. Following a trial by jury, the defendant was convicted upon all three counts. He was sentenced to fifty (50) years imprisonment upon Count I, twenty (20) years imprisonment upon Count
