Business consultant Londyn (Man-Erisms) provides a hodgepodge of new-age theories and practices in this galvanizing but unoriginal work. While employed at a real estate startup, Londyn writes, she discovered through self-reflection and feedback from a friend why her energy and motivation waned as she lost satisfaction with her job. By embracing her passion to help others discover their life's purpose, Londyn discovered what she calls alignment: "the connection between your thoughts, goals, desires, and your actual life." To achieve alignment, Londyn says people need to listen to their "gut," body, and "inner voice." She then lays out how to incorporate her daily practices (such as listing common distractions, visualizing a comforting environment, rearranging one's physical space using Feng shui, and committing to minimalism) as part of a seven-week program.
