Unfortunately, I didn't realize that this information is exactly - as in verbatim - what you will read in three of the chapters in Stever's book "9 Steps to work less and do more." I had already purchased THAT book (which I HIGHLY recommend . . . Go buy it. NOW!). So if I hadn't already read these exact 3 bad habits in the previous book, I'd probably give this one a five-star rating.
Bottom line, skip this book and buy the full length version!
