Seriously eye opening...
The information provided in this book is a guide to living a happier, healthier and all around better and more importantly longer life. You can cross reference any of the information provided by the author, and you'll see that he really knows what he's writing about. He's provided a blueprint from a medical and personal point of view. This is not some late night get ripped in 12 minutes infomercial. It's a eye opener to what your doctors don't tell you and what your $100 per hour personal trainer doesn't even know.
This is a great "how to" book. Work out routine mapped out just follow it. Hard but worth it. I have been sore for 2 months, great. I could see the changes in 3 was. This book is full of info, I have read it at least 4 times, and refer to it for my daily routine. Thanks Dr Osborne you have given me the tools. I owe you!
