With their lavish lifestyle and immaculate New York brownstone, Ted and Jill seem like a thriving, uber-rich power couple. In reality, Jill’s a trophy wife from the wrong side of the tracks, while Ted is a mediocre trust fund baby who’s burned through his entire inheritance. Desperate to keep living the high life, the pair start eyeing Ted’s successful brother—and counting the millions they’d inherit if something were to...happen to him. Thrilling
Surprised 😮, shocking 😳 soooo good. I couldn’t put it down. Literally read it all the way through in a day. Oh the rich and privileged. Champagne problems? 🥂No thank you. I really felt Ramirez’ pain by the end. Part of me wanted them to go to jail and surprisingly part of me didn’t. So conflicted
A fun ride
I liked her use of the present tense. It was a real Page Turner. A little repetitive here and there, but still a good story.
