Read David Allen's Getting Things Done and then apply it.
When I first started reading this book, I had no idea what he was talking about, having never read a time management book before. I realized, I need to read David Allen first, and then maybe this will all make sense. I read David Allen. Amazing book. Very clear.
Then I came back to this book and realized, he is just regurgitating Allen.
Then he tells you how amazing Evernote is for implementing Allen's method (he repeats this often). At times he sounds like an Evernote salesperson. He tells us little that isn't obvious in terms of implementing Allen's GTD method. Just read Allen and apply it.
