Gingerbread

Once upon a time, a woodcutter's daughter fell in love...

Gretel has grown up loving her father's apprentice, Hansel, with all the fervor of her innocent heart. When Hansel is dismissed due to the summer drought, Gretel dares to run away with him, knowing she can never return home.

A flight through the forest at night leads them to an old, deserted cabin that harkens back to stories of witches in the deep woods. Free to share their love for the first time, Hansel claims Gretel's heart - and her untouched body - in a storm of passion, filling her with his seed and claiming her for his wife.

The cabin's magic still lingers, however, and the couple will wake to a world changed beyond their dreams.

Gingerbread is nearly 10,000 words of young love, passion, and the magical fulfillment of the wish for a family.
