Amazing!!
I will hate to see Mia retiring. She was a good match with Ella and helped her with solving crimes. Glad they finally killed TC. Can’t wait to see what is going on with Ben.
Finally over!
Finally over! In this installment, we finally see Ella and Mia take Tobias down, along with the aftermath of what his reign has instilled in them. While they take him down, they also handle a final case together, which is quite bittersweet for these characters. With the usual twist and turns, seeing who else Tobias had working with him and a giant manhunt where he per usual is two steps ahead of them, this was the perfect ending to this series-long case that stemmed from decades before the first book. I am interested to see where Ella ends up next with the retiring of Mia and getting a new partner!
