Summertime is harvest time and means hard work for most all the native in our village. Salmon has to be caught and wild berries picked while they are plentiful before winter sets in.

Well, I’m a little prejudice about this book. since’s it’s mine. BUT, really you have to see it and read it. Thru the years I have shared how and what I get to do when in Kitwanga- drifting for salmon, picking berries and the beauty of the Skeena Mountains and Skeena River. Usually as I’m sharing, I could see how the listener had no picture in their minds of what I shared. Now you and many others can have a better idea and hopefully enjoy what I have lived and learned of the Gitxsan People way of life in the Summertime/Fall. THANK you! for buying it ENJOY! Camilla Nail
