In Bhagavata, Bhishma observed about the Pandavas thus: ‘How strange that danger should stalk the fortunes of a family that has the son of Dharma as its head, that has got the protection of Bhima and Arjuna, and above all Sri Krishna as their ally! None can know the will of that Supreme Being.’
