Awesome

I completed my first IM less than two weeks ago up in Lake Placid and must have read this book 7 times. It is so well written and a must-read for the novice or experienced IM. The tapering part truly helped me as I was always doing it wrong for other shorter races. Great read...will continue reading as I look to improve on my 2016 IM results.
