Golden blood
Keeps you hooked from the very beginning
Good story line but her love interest falls flat
I loved the idea of this and where it was going until Gemmas love interest, Harrison was introduced. Gemma who is clearly guarded, let's him get close but he is so hot and cold and forces her to do things shes not comfortable with and gets angry at her when she doesn't want to. I think they tried to make him out to be protective of Gemma and want her to come out of her shell but he came off as a jerk to me. The chemistry between them felt forced, I was hoping a new character with the same gifts, would get introduced that could relate to her better and they would end up together.
