Santa knew it was coming. The population keeps growing. He has to do something, or he won’t finish on time next Christmas. There will be too many children. Santa needs a second sleigh, a sleigh driver, a reindeer team, and a reindeer team leader; he needs everything by next Christmas.

Team leader is the most coveted job for a reindeer at the North Pole. Traditionally, Santa appoints a strong buck as a team leader.
