Amazing read, great ending to the series!
I loved this book and couldn’t put it down! Gavin and Hallie were perfect for each other and the chemistry between them was tangible as you read! Hard-working Hallie decides to let loose, have some fun, and falls in love along the way. Gavin comes off as nothing but a playboy who won’t settle down but from their first interaction in this book I knew the sparks were flying! Loved it!!
Perfectly Fine Romance
I usually really enjoy Jessica Lemmon’s books, but while “Good Twin Gone Country” was a perfectly fine romance, I’m sorry to say that it didn’t rate very high on my list. The book is part of a Harlequin series, and I suppose that may have had something to do with it. I I’m not a big fan of the general tone of those books. It just felt a little too pat and didn’t grab my attention all that much. I’m also not a huge fan of surprise pregnancy stories, so perhaps that had something to do with it. All in all, it was well written and an okay read, but I much prefer Ms. Lemmon’s other titles, including the Real Love, Blue Collar Billionaires and Billionaire Bad Boys series.
Rule Breakers
I LOVED THESE TWO!!! When I got a peek of Gavin and his personality while reading Cash and Presley’s book, Second Chance Love Song, I instantly looked forward to his story.
The fun, flirty, light-hearted and passionate chemistry between Gavin and Hallie felt so natural and perfect. I found myself craving every interaction between them as their connection grew throughout the book.
Great book, would highly recommend giving it a read.
