ISLAMABAD -- The Federal Cabinet was informed on Wednesday that 80 per cent implementation of Aghaz-e-Huqooq-e- Balochistan was done so far and efforts were being made to ensure its full implementation. Briefing the media persons after the Federal Cabinet meeting held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan said that the Establishment Division presented the progress report on the implementation of Aghaz-e-Huqooq-e-Balochistan before the Cabinet and it was informed about the hurdles in the implementation of the Package. "It was unfortunate that despite being the largest province of the country area wise, Balochistan people were neglected in past which resulted in sense of deprivation among them", the Minister said. She said that the present government since coming to power, paid full attention towards the problems of the Balochistan people and introduced various reforms in this regard.
