Customer Reviews
Simply amazing
This book really moved me and just made me feel warm inside after reading it. I read every single word during one sitting and I highlighted something on almost every page. It really is inspiring to learn new techniques to really find your inner peace and confidence to live as the real you. Now I definitely do not agree with every word that she said- I am not into crystals, but I still read those pages and witnessed how much of an impact it has on her and made me respect the practice even though it is not my choice of practice. This book really showed how beautiful of a soul Jenna has. She was able to be raw about her really personal experiences while diving deep into what she has learned. Even though there are themes of sadness, hurt, and hard times, she is able to look back and picture it all as a positive now because how it has shaped her. I have read a lot of books by celebrities on wellness or lifestyle, but never have I read one that spoke to me and inspired me like this one.
