Bob Riley has committed to complete his late wife's bucket list of hikes after she perished on the John Muir Trail. He should have gone with her. He could have saved her life.

His current partner, Liz, comes down with the flu just days before their trip to Grand Teton National Park but urges him to go alone. Armed with bear spray, his mischievous marmot hiking mascot, and four days of food in a bulky, bear-proof container, Bob sets off on the iconic Teton Crest Trail. 

A group of eight young men attempt to complete the trail that beat them two years ago, before their growing life commitments drive them apart.

Will trail magic be enough to overcome the unexpected challenges the trail throws their way?
