This book is a great read for anyone involved in a leadership role. It really provides helpful insight and applicable information. Dr. Bredfeldt taught some lectures in my graduate school class, and he is amazing at illustrating difficult concepts to make them practical. Throughout this book, he uses that gift to really connect you to the subject matter. I found this book to an exceptional leadership tool. It won’t disappoint.
