Gregory v. Daniel

This case grows out of an automobile accident which occurred on the night of October 17, 1936, about nine o'clock, just west
of the town of Augusta Springs, Va., and on the road leading to Craigsville, Va. Most of the Buildings of the town of Augusta
Springs are located on the north side of the highway. There is no business enterprise of any kind of the south side.
