one of my favorite series
(review of the series as a whole) i’ll be honest some of the characterizations are a little cringey and there are some unfortunate moments that didn’t age well BUT Velith (who appears at the end of book 1) is one of my favorite fictional characters of ALL TIME and i will die for him. the series has romance and action and intrigue and it tries to have moments of diversity and justice but again they don’t land as well as they could. Points for trying I guess? Jax as a character is kinda all over the place, and the repeating motto of hers in each book is a little tiring, but again I will read this series over and over again just for Vel tbh

Fantastic book. Well written, fast paced and characters that are both in-depth and believable.
