Grindling v. State

On March 18, 1999, in Cr. No. 98-0325, Petitioner-Appellant Chris Grindling was found guilty by a jury of disorderly conduct, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) 711-1101 (1993) (Count I of the indictment), terroristic threatening in the first degree, HRS 707-716 (1993) (Count III), resisting arrest, HRS 710-1026 (1993) (Count IV), and terroristic threatening in the second degree, HRS 707-17 (1993) (Count V).
