Growing Pains

Growing Pains is a poetry anthology during the author's growth and transformation throughout their time at Chiropractic school. During this tumultuous period they experienced resurfaced memories, first and lost love, growth and transcendence and refined their Chiropractic philosophy.

Each chapter of this book served as a processing outlet for the theme of transformation, helped integrate and heal. The author is sharing this with you in hopes that someone else will read this who needs it to help overcome transitional periods in the reader's life.
