Guilty Pleasures
This is the 3 rd book I have read by Kitty Thomas. I thoroughly enjoyed the book, and I have read enough books to know the husband was behind the whole thing. My one complaint with this authors books is that they just seem to dump at the end...there is a lead up at the beginning, there is the story, but then bam, the ending is so quick without any warning, it leaves the reader almost angry. I can’t give the book a 5-star rating as again, the ending just sucked. Books are like music...you start off soft, then there’s the crescendo, then you slowly back off. Every book I have read had the beginning, the crescendo, then a nose dive at the end. This is too bad as this author is so talented.
Degrading
If I could give this 0 stars I would. I DNF I couldn’t it made me sick to my stomach.
