Description

«Guitar Technique Repertoire» contains a selection of short pieces which will inspire and improve your technique. «Guitar Technique Repertoire» utilizes the oldest music education method in history - emulating a mentor.   Play what you see and hear in the video and you´ll be familiar with the instrument in a natural, intuitive and fun way.  «Guitar Technique Repertoire» is divided into five chapters, each including a melody and an accompaniment. The melody is played with a pick, and the accompaniment with fingerstyle technique.  The content is arranged and designed in a way to give you a broad and versitile technique on the instrument regardless of your musical tastes.

Each part is written with music notation, tablature and chords.
Sheet music accuratly notated with fingering, positioning, pick directions and articulations.

Author

Stein Medby has over twenty years experience as a guitar teacher, and is currently teaching at a senior high school in Tromsoe, Norway.   He has studied at both The Royal College of Music, London and Berklee College of Music, Boston.  Among his mentors are Carlos Bonell, Gary Ryan, Sven Lundstad, John Williams, David Rusell, Fabio Zanon og Charles Ramirez.
