Better than a Doctor
A must have, a very valuable book both in the treatment and in the prevention of digestive disorders so common in these days because of our modern and civilized (and very processed also) diet, here are described in detail the causes and the treatment of the most usual disorders
Very little content
This is an extremely abridged version of the book, “Gut: The Inside Story of Our Body’s Most Underrated Organ.” Its only 28 pages and 8 of those pages are the table of contents and introduction. Waste of money.
Finally I understood many things
This book is very good, I knew some of these things but I learned many new and I had never understood the digestive system as a fully integrated system , I did not know things this specific way. This very good information about symptoms and treatments , I always suffered from gastric reflux, but I never had dedicated to understand it
